IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. These Terms of Service are a binding legal agreement between you and the Operator. By registering for, accessing or using the Website or any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Restricted Jurisdictions list, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the AML Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy, the Complaints Policy, the Bonus Terms, the Sportsbook Rules and any game or promotional rules, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

Gambling can be addictive. Please play responsibly. See Section 15 and our Responsible Gambling Policy.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 In these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below.

| Term | Meaning | |---|---| | "Operator", "we", "us" or "our" | Twofold Ltd (company number 16279), a company incorporated in the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, with registered address at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, which is licensed and regulated as set out in Section 2 and is the entity with which you contract. | | "Website" | double.com and any associated mobile or downloadable applications. | | "Services" | The online casino, sportsbook, games and related services offered through the Website. | | "Account" | Your player account. | | "Player", "you" or "your" | The natural person who registers an Account. | | "Restricted Jurisdiction" | Has the meaning given in Section 5. | | "Virtual Funds" | Cryptocurrency or other digital assets accepted by us. | | "Bonus" | Has the meaning given in the Bonus Terms. | | "Parent Group" | The Operator's holding company and its group entities. |

1.2 Headings are for convenience only. The singular includes the plural and vice versa. "Including" means including without limitation. References to time are to UTC unless stated otherwise. References to writing include email.

1.3 These Terms sit at the base of a documented hierarchy. Where there is a conflict on a matter governed by more than one document, the order of precedence is: the terms of a specific promotion; then the Bonus Terms; then these Terms. On any question about the placing or settlement of a sports bet, the Sportsbook Rules prevail over these Terms. The Restricted Jurisdictions list prevails over every other document on the question of which jurisdictions are restricted.

2. The Operator and Licence

2.1 The Services are operated by the Operator under licence number ALSI-202603020-FI1 issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros (the "Licensing Authority").

2.2 The Operator is part of the Parent Group. Your contractual relationship is solely with the Operator as the licensed entity. References to the Parent Group do not create any contractual relationship between you and any other group entity.

2.3 Contact: you may contact us at support@double.com or via the support channels on the Website. Complaints should be directed as set out in Section 22. Compliance matters, including questions about restricted jurisdictions and verification, may be sent to compliance@double.com.

3. Eligibility

3.1 To register and use the Services you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher (the "Minimum Age"); (b) have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; (c) not be a resident of, located in, or otherwise caught by the Restricted Jurisdictions list; (d) not be a Prohibited Person under Section 5; and (e) use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial benefit.

3.2 You represent and warrant that the above is true each time you access the Services, and that gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access them. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction, and to take your own advice if you are in any doubt.

3.3 Underage gambling is an offence. We operate age-verification controls and will close any Account where we have reason to believe the Player is under the Minimum Age, void all associated transactions under Section 16, and return verifiable deposits to their source. No winnings are paid to any person found to have been under the Minimum Age when the relevant bets were placed.

4. Account Registration and Security

One Account per player

4.1 You may hold only one Account. Opening multiple Accounts ("duplicate accounts"), or opening an Account in another person's name or using false information, is prohibited and may result in closure and forfeiture under Section 16.

4.2 If an Account already exists at your address, on your device, or on your network (for example because a member of your household plays) you must tell us before opening a second Account. Where you disclose the connection, we will assess it and may permit both Accounts to operate. Where you do not disclose it, we may treat the Accounts as duplicates.

Your details and security

4.3 You must provide accurate, current and complete information on registration and keep it up to date. You must tell us promptly if your name, residential address, country of residence or nationality changes. We may refuse registration or suspend an Account at our discretion, acting reasonably.

4.4 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your Account. We recommend that you enable two-factor authentication where it is offered. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials, save to the extent caused by our breach or negligence, and we are not able to reverse play or withdrawals completed before you notified us.

4.5 You must not allow any third party (including minors) to use your Account, and you must not transfer, sell, pledge, lend or acquire an Account to or from any other person.

4.6 You must choose a username that is not offensive, that does not impersonate the Operator or its staff, and that does not infringe a third party's rights. We may require you to change a username that does not meet this requirement.

Closing your Account

4.7 You may close your Account at any time by contacting support@double.com. On closure we will return your verified withdrawable balance, subject to Section 8 and our legal obligations. Closure at your request is not self-exclusion; if you want the protections of self-exclusion, see the Responsible Gambling Policy.

5. Restricted Jurisdictions, Geo-blocking and Prohibited Persons

Where the Services are not available

5.1 The Services are not offered to, and may not be accessed by, any person caught by the Restricted Jurisdictions list (each such jurisdiction a "Restricted Jurisdiction"). The Schedule is published on the Website, is the single controlling list, and applies as amended from time to time. It restricts three categories of jurisdiction: named jurisdictions that are closed, locally licensed or otherwise prohibited to us, which include the United States of America and its territories and the United Kingdom; jurisdictions subject to sanctions or to a FATF call for action; and jurisdictions conditionally restricted by reason of provider, payment or risk requirements. Because the Schedule changes, the list is not reproduced here. You must check the Schedule, and any jurisdiction in which the provision or use of the Services would be unlawful is restricted whether or not it is named there.

5.2 We operate geo-blocking and other location controls to restrict access from Restricted Jurisdictions, and we may use device, network and behavioural signals (including device characteristics, time-zone and language settings, and payment and blockchain data) to detect attempts to disguise location. These controls are a condition of, and not a substitute for, your own compliance with Section 3.

Circumvention and its consequences

5.3 You must not use any VPN, proxy, Tor, remote-access tool, or any other method to disguise, alter or misrepresent your true location or identity in order to access the Services from a Restricted Jurisdiction or otherwise in breach of these Terms. Nor may you give us false or misleading information about your residence, nationality or location. Doing so is a material breach.

5.4 If you access or use the Services in breach of this Section, we may (without limiting our other rights): (a) immediately suspend or close your Account; (b) void all relevant bets, games and winnings; and (c) withhold and confiscate any balance and winnings derived from that use. In deciding how to treat verified deposits we will distinguish between deliberate circumvention and inadvertent access:

(a) where you deliberately circumvented our controls or misrepresented your residence, nationality or location, we may confiscate the entire balance, including deposits;

(b) where access occurred without deliberate circumvention or misrepresentation (for example where you travelled into a Restricted Jurisdiction without appreciating the restriction) we will void the affected play and winnings but return your verified deposits to their original source, so far as lawful and practicable.

5.5 Paragraph 5.4 does not apply, and no funds are returned, where return is prohibited by law, by a sanctions measure, or by the Licensing Authority.

Prohibited Persons

5.6 "Prohibited Persons": you must not use the Services if you are: (a) subject to any sanctions administered by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom (OFSI) or the United States (OFAC), or owned or controlled by such a person, or acting on behalf of such a person; (b) a politically exposed person, a relative or close associate of one, whom we determine we cannot onboard on a risk-assessed basis; or (c) otherwise a person we are prohibited from dealing with under applicable law.

6. Deposits, Virtual Funds and Wallets

Making a deposit

6.1 We accept deposits in the cryptocurrencies and networks specified on the Website. We may add or remove supported assets and networks at any time, and we will publish the current list on the Website.

6.2 Crypto transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that deposits and withdrawal instructions use the correct asset, network, wallet address and, where the asset requires one, the correct destination tag, memo or reference. We are not responsible for, and generally cannot recover, funds sent: to an incorrect address; on an unsupported or incorrect network; in an unsupported asset; without a required destination tag or memo; or in an amount below the applicable network or platform minimum.

6.3 Where a misdirected or below-minimum deposit is technically recoverable, we may attempt recovery as a discretionary courtesy. We do not undertake to do so, recovery is not guaranteed, and we may deduct the reasonable cost of recovery, including network fees, from the amount credited. We will tell you the deduction before it is applied where it is practicable to do so.

6.4 Deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations. Network, miner and validator fees are your responsibility and may be deducted from the relevant amount. We do not charge an internal deposit fee unless we state otherwise on the Website.

How your Account may be used

6.5 We do not provide a banking, custody, investment, exchange or money-transmission service. Balances are held solely to enable play. They are not deposits, do not earn interest, are not an investment, and are not protected by any deposit-guarantee or investor-compensation scheme. We hold customer balances separately from operational funds where required to do so.

6.6 You must fund your Account only from a wallet or payment source legally owned and controlled by you. Third-party funding is prohibited. Use of the Account for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or to convert, layer, exchange or transfer funds rather than for genuine play, is strictly prohibited and will be reported where required (see Section 10).

6.7 You must not use the Account as a currency-conversion facility. Depositing in one asset and withdrawing in another, or depositing and withdrawing without genuine play, may be treated as prohibited use under paragraph 6.6.

6.8 Transfers of value between Accounts, including tipping and peer-to-peer transfers, are permitted only where we expressly offer the feature, and are subject to our verification and anti-money-laundering controls. Lending or borrowing between Players is prohibited.

Valuation and display

6.9 Your balance is held in the asset you deposited. Where we display a value in another currency (for example a fiat equivalent) that display is indicative only and does not change the asset you hold. Where a transaction genuinely requires a conversion between assets or into a display currency (for example to apply a limit, a Bonus value or a wagering requirement), we apply a rate derived from recognised market sources at or about the time of the relevant transaction. We do not set rates to your disadvantage, but you accept that rates move and that we are not responsible for changes in the value of Virtual Funds before, during or after play, or while a withdrawal is being processed.

7. Withdrawals

Requesting a withdrawal

7.1 You may request withdrawal of cleared funds from your available balance, subject to completion of identity verification (Section 9), these Terms, and any applicable Bonus Terms and wagering requirements.

7.2 Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before they may be withdrawn. This requirement applies to all deposits, whether or not a Bonus has been claimed, and exists to prevent the Account being used to move funds rather than to play. It is separate from, and additional to, any Bonus wagering requirement.

7.3 Withdrawals are paid in the same asset to a verified wallet in your name and control. We may require you to demonstrate control of a destination wallet. We may apply minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, network options and processing times as set out on the Website, and network fees may be deducted from the amount withdrawn.

Checks, holds and delays

7.4 We may withhold, delay or refuse a withdrawal where: (a) identity, location or source-of-funds verification is incomplete; (b) we are investigating suspected breach of these Terms, fraud, collusion, Bonus Abuse or prohibited use; (c) required by law, the Licensing Authority, or our anti-money-laundering and sanctions obligations; (d) a chargeback, reversal, error or outstanding wagering requirement affects the balance; or (e) the destination wallet is flagged by transaction-screening controls. We will release verified withdrawals promptly once the matter is resolved, and we will keep you informed of progress, subject to any legal restriction on what we may tell you.

7.5 Where a withdrawal is unusually large relative to your Account history, we may verify it before payment and, where we reasonably need to do so for security or compliance reasons, pay it in instalments. If we do, we will tell you the schedule, the instalments will be of substantially equal value, and payment will be completed within a reasonable period.

7.6 We may require that the destination of a withdrawal corresponds to the source of the deposit, to the extent consistent with our anti-money-laundering obligations.

7.7 Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by you before processing where the Website offers that function. Cancelled withdrawals return to your available balance and remain subject to these Terms.

8. Errors, Overpayments and Set-off

8.1 If we credit your Account in error (whether because of a technical fault, a pay-table or paytable-configuration error, a duplicated transaction, a provider error or human error) the amount credited remains our property. We may correct the balance and recover the amount without notice.

8.2 If you have already withdrawn an amount credited in error, that amount is a debt owed by you to us and is repayable on demand. You must tell us promptly if you become aware that your Account has been credited with an amount that does not belong to you.

8.3 We may set off any amount you owe us under these Terms against any balance held in your Account, and against any amount we owe you.

8.4 If you initiate a chargeback, reversal or payment dispute in respect of a deposit, we may suspend your Account, recover the disputed amount and any related costs, and treat the balance as reduced accordingly, which may leave the Account with a negative balance. Please raise payment issues with us first under the Complaints Policy rather than through a reversal.

9. Verification, KYC and Source of Funds

9.1 By using the Services you consent to identity, age, residence, location and source-of-funds verification checks, which we may carry out at any time, including at registration, before permitting withdrawals, on reaching risk or activity triggers, and on a periodic basis. Identity and address verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is paid.

9.2 We may require government-issued identification, proof of address, evidence of ownership and control of the wallets or payment sources used, a selfie or liveness check, blockchain analytics on deposits and withdrawal destinations, and documentary evidence of source of funds and, where appropriate, source of wealth. You agree to provide these promptly and in the form we reasonably request.

9.3 We may suspend the Account and freeze transactions pending verification. If you fail to provide requested information within a reasonable period, or if information provided is found to be false, we may close the Account and exercise our rights under Section 16.

9.4 Where an Account is closed solely because verification was not completed, and there is no fraud, sanctions or money-laundering concern, we will hold the verified withdrawable balance and release it if and when verification is completed, so far as lawful. We do not treat a failure to complete verification, on its own, as a basis for confiscating your deposits.

9.5 Our verification rights and procedures are set out more fully in the AML Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Anti-money Laundering, Sanctions and Fair Play

10.1 We operate a risk-based AML/CFT and sanctions compliance programme. We screen players and transactions, apply blockchain analytics to deposits and withdrawal destinations, monitor for suspicious activity, and report to the relevant authorities where required. In some cases we are not permitted to tell you that a report has been made, or to explain why a transaction or Account has been restricted.

10.2 You must not engage in fraud, collusion, cheating, use of automated players, bots or scripts, exploitation of errors or faults, advantage-play schemes, syndicate or professional play, or any activity intended to gain an unfair or unlawful advantage. We may void affected bets and winnings and close the Account.

10.3 You must not deposit funds that originate from, or are connected to, criminal or other unlawful activity, and you must not use wallets or addresses associated with mixing or tumbling services, darknet markets, ransomware, sanctioned entities or other illicit activity. Where transaction screening identifies such exposure, we may freeze, refuse or reverse the transaction, suspend the Account, and report as required.

10.4 Where we identify, or reasonably suspect, prohibited use under this Section or Sections 5 or 6, we may take any action in Section 16, including confiscation of winnings derived from the prohibited activity.

11. Games, Fairness and Bets

Games and fairness

11.1 The games available through the Website are provided by us and by third-party game providers. Specific game rules, return-to-player information and any provably-fair mechanisms are made available on the Website and form part of these Terms. Where a provider's game rules govern the mechanics of a particular game, those rules prevail on that question.

11.2 Where a provably-fair mechanism is offered, you may verify the integrity of game outcomes using the tools provided on the Website.

11.3 The games available to you may be narrower than the games shown on the Website, because game providers restrict supply into particular jurisdictions. Those restrictions are applied under the Restricted Jurisdictions list.

Stakes and bet acceptance

11.4 Minimum and maximum stakes, and any maximum win, apply per game and are shown in the game or its information panel. A bet or win that would exceed an applicable limit will not be accepted or paid above that limit.

11.5 A bet is valid only once accepted and confirmed by our systems and recorded against your Account. It is your responsibility to check that the details of a bet are correct before placing it. Once placed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended except where the game expressly offers that function.

11.6 Funds committed to a bet are allocated to that bet and are not available for any other use until the bet settles.

11.7 The record held by our systems is the final authority on the bet placed, the stake, the outcome and the settlement. Where a game is provably fair, the verification tools operate alongside, and not instead of, that record.

Errors and malfunctions

11.8 We may cancel or void bets affected by obvious error, malfunction, mispricing, incorrect pay tables, technical fault, or where required for integrity or legal reasons. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned.

11.9 In the event of a malfunction (whether of a game, the platform or a provider) affected play and any resulting balance changes are void. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

11.10 You may not knowingly take advantage of an obvious error, malfunction or fault. Where you do, we may void the affected play and any winnings, and we are not liable to pay them.

Disconnection

11.11 If you are disconnected during play, a bet that has been accepted by our systems stands and will be settled according to the game rules. Where a game has an automatic cash-out, hold or completion behaviour on disconnection, that behaviour is described in the game rules. We are not liable for interruptions, latency or connectivity issues outside our reasonable control; completed and recorded outcomes stand.

Auto-play and automatic betting

11.12 Where the Website offers an auto-play or automatic betting function, you remain fully responsible for every bet placed by it, including bets placed after you stop watching or lose connection. You should always set a stop condition.

Demo play

11.13 Demo or practice play, where offered, uses no real funds and produces no winnings.

Sports betting

11.14 Bets placed on the sportsbook are governed by these Terms and by the Sportsbook Rules, which set out how sports bets are accepted, settled, voided and cashed out. Where these Terms and the Sportsbook Rules differ on the placing or settlement of a sports bet, the Sportsbook Rules prevail.

12. Bonuses and Promotions

12.1 Bonuses, free spins, rewards, cashback, rakeback, loyalty benefits and promotions are subject to the Bonus Terms and to any specific promotional terms, which form part of these Terms. Where there is a conflict, the specific promotional terms prevail for that promotion, then the Bonus Terms, then these Terms.

12.2 Bonus Abuse (including multi-accounting, low-risk or hedge betting to clear wagering requirements, exploitation of promotion mechanics, and collusion) is prohibited and entitles us to void the Bonus and related winnings and to take action under Section 16.

13. Your Warranties

13.1 Each time you access the Services you represent, warrant and agree that:

(a) you meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3 and are not caught by the Restricted Jurisdictions list;

(b) you are not a Prohibited Person;

(c) you play in your personal capacity, for recreation, and not professionally, commercially, on behalf of any other person, or as part of a syndicate;

(d) you have not been diagnosed or classified as a problem gambler, and you are not currently self-excluded from the Services or from another gambling operator; you will tell us promptly if that changes;

(e) all funds you deposit are lawfully yours and are not the proceeds of, or connected to, unlawful activity;

(f) the wallets and payment sources you use belong to you;

(g) all information you give us is true, complete and current;

(h) you understand that you may lose the funds you deposit, and you accept the risk of movements in the value of Virtual Funds;

(i) you are responsible for any tax payable on your winnings in your jurisdiction; and

(j) you will not use the Services while your judgement is impaired to a degree that you cannot play responsibly.

13.2 If a warranty in this Section is or becomes untrue, we may exercise our rights under Section 16.

14. Communications, Monitoring and Records

14.1 We may contact you at your registered email address, through on-site notifications, and through any other contact details you give us. Notices sent to your registered email address are treated as received on the day they are sent unless we are told delivery failed. You must keep your contact details current and monitor them.

14.2 We may record and retain communications with you, including support chats and emails, for training, quality, security, complaint-handling and regulatory purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.3 You must communicate with our staff and, where a chat or community feature is offered, with other Players, respectfully and lawfully. We may restrict or remove access to those features, and may restrict Account functions, where communications are abusive, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent or unlawful.

15. Responsible Gambling

15.1 We are committed to responsible gambling. The player-protection controls we make available, and how they work, are described in the Responsible Gambling Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

15.2 You may request self-exclusion at any time. We will apply it as set out in the Responsible Gambling Policy, we will not knowingly accept play from a self-excluded Player during the exclusion period, and we will take reasonable steps to prevent the opening of duplicate Accounts during that period.

15.3 Self-exclusion is not a breach of these Terms and does not cause you to lose your money. Your verified withdrawable balance is returned to you as set out in the Responsible Gambling Policy.

16. Suspension, Closure, Voiding and Confiscation

16.1 We may suspend or close your Account, void bets and games, and withhold or confiscate winnings and balances if: (a) you breach these Terms in a material respect; (b) you are or become caught by the Restricted Jurisdictions list, or become a Prohibited Person; (c) you provide false information or fail verification; (d) we identify fraud, collusion, Bonus Abuse, prohibited use, or money-laundering or sanctions concerns; (e) we are required to act by law or by the Licensing Authority; or (f) you are, or appear to be, under the Minimum Age.

16.2 How we apply these rights. We distinguish between winnings and deposits, and we act proportionately to the conduct concerned:

(a) where the ground for action is fraud, money laundering, sanctions, use of criminally-derived funds, deliberate circumvention of the Restricted Jurisdictions list, or a court or regulatory order, we may confiscate the entire balance including deposits;

(b) in all other cases we may void the affected play and confiscate the winnings derived from it, and will return your verified deposits to their original source, so far as lawful and practicable;

(c) where a breach affects only part of your play (for example a single promotion) we will normally confine our action to the affected part.

16.3 Evidence and representations. A decision under this Section is taken on the basis of our records, our investigation and the surrounding circumstances. Where we suspend an Account on suspicion, we will tell you that we have done so and, unless we are prohibited from doing so or it would prejudice an investigation, we will give you a fair opportunity to explain before we take a final decision. You may challenge any decision through the Complaints Policy.

16.4 Where closure is for a reason not attributable to your breach or prohibited conduct, we will return your verified withdrawable balance to you, subject to verification and our legal obligations.

16.5 Our rights under this Section are without prejudice to any other rights or remedies and are exercised to protect the integrity of the Services, other Players and our regulatory standing.

17. Dormant Accounts

17.1 An Account with no login or play activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

17.2 Before an Account is treated as dormant we will notify you at your registered email address and give you a reasonable opportunity to log in or withdraw. We may thereafter apply an administrative fee, which will be published on the Website, and close the Account in accordance with the Licensing Authority's requirements.

17.3 An administrative fee will not exceed the balance in the Account, will not create a negative balance, and will not be applied where the Account balance is nil. Any remaining verified balance is returned to you where lawful and practicable, and remains payable to you on request in any event.

18. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

18.1 All intellectual property in the Website, the Services, the "Double" brand, software, games (save for third-party provider rights), graphics and content is owned by or licensed to the Operator or the Parent Group. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Website for personal play only.

18.2 You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, frame, index, mirror or create derivative works from any part of the Services, save as permitted by law.

18.3 You must not introduce malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or any related system, interfere with or disrupt the Services, or subject them to any denial-of-service or comparable attack. We may report such conduct to law enforcement.

19. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

19.1 The Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may alter, suspend or withdraw any part of the Services.

19.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

19.3 Subject to clause 19.2, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from movements in the value of Virtual Funds; and (b) our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Services in any 12-month period shall not exceed the greater of (i) the total net amounts actually lost by you to the Operator in that period and (ii) EUR 500.

19.4 We are not liable for failures of your own equipment, software, internet connection or telecommunications provider, or for charges levied by them.

19.5 You are responsible for any taxes payable on winnings in your jurisdiction.

20. Indemnity

20.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator, the Parent Group and their officers and employees from any losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your breach of any law or third-party right.

21. Privacy, Data Protection and Disclosure

21.1 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms. By using the Services you acknowledge that we process your data for verification, anti-money-laundering, fraud-prevention, responsible-gambling, regulatory and service purposes.

21.2 We may disclose information about you and your Account to the Licensing Authority, to law-enforcement and other competent authorities, and to our regulated and professional counterparties, where we are required or permitted to do so. In some cases we are prohibited from telling you that a disclosure has been made.

22. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

22.1 If you have a complaint, contact us first at complaints@double.com. We will acknowledge and seek to resolve it in accordance with our Complaints Policy, which sets out our stages, timescales and escalation route.

22.2 If we cannot resolve the complaint, or have not given you our final response within 30 days of the date you first raised it, you may refer the dispute to our independent ADR provider, EGIS-ADR, at disputes@egis-adr.com, free of charge to you, as set out in the Complaints Policy. You may also refer the matter to the Licensing Authority. Our records, including game, betting and transaction logs, will be the primary evidence in resolving any dispute.

22.3 Please raise complaints promptly, and in any event within the period stated in the Complaints Policy.

22.4 Raising a complaint does not prevent us from processing a withdrawal of any part of your balance that is not in dispute.

23. Changes to These Terms

23.1 We may amend these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Website with a new effective date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by email or on-site notice.

23.2 Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the Services, and you may close your Account and withdraw your verified balance subject to these Terms. A change to these Terms does not apply retrospectively to a bet already accepted or to a Bonus you have validly claimed and are actively wagering, save where the change is required for legal, regulatory, security or abuse-prevention reasons.

23.3 We retain dated archives of each version.

24. General

Assignment

24.1 We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations (including to another Parent Group entity) without your consent, provided your rights are not materially prejudiced. You may not assign your rights without our consent.

Entire agreement

24.2 These Terms and the documents incorporated by reference are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

Severability

24.3 If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.

No waiver

24.4 Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

No partnership

24.5 Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, trust or joint venture between you and us.

Third parties

24.6 No person other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms, save that the Parent Group and our officers and employees may enforce Sections 19 and 20.

Force majeure

24.7 We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including network or blockchain failure or congestion, third-party provider failure, cyber-attack, act of government, or natural event.

Survival

24.8 Sections 8, 10, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 24 survive closure of your Account and termination of these Terms.

Language

24.9 These Terms are written in English; any translation is for convenience and the English version prevails.

Governing law and jurisdiction

24.10 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and the courts of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
